The largest chocolate bar weighed 5,792.50 kg (12,770 lb 4.48 oz) and was created by Thorntons plc (UK) in Alfreton, Derbyshire, UK on 7 October 2011 for their 100th The chocolate bar measured 4.0 m (13 ft 1.48 in) by 4.0 m (13 ft 1.48 in) by 0.35 m (1 ft 1.78 in). The ingredients were sugar, dried whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, butter oil, emulsifier.

  1. The largest chocolate bar by area measured 142.32 m² (1,531.9 ft²) and was prepared by Čokoladnica Cukrček (Slovenia), in Radovljica, Slovenia, on 15 April 2016. The event was part of an annual chocolate’s festival and was attended by Slovenia’s Prime Minister.

 

  1. The largest box of chocolate’s bars weighs 2,044 kg (4,506 lb 3.97 oz) and was made by Meiji Corporation (Japan) at Koto Supporting Centre in Koto, Tokyo, Japan, on 29 January 2016. The box is a replica of a box for Meiji milk chocolate bars. The box is 16 times bigger than the original box and measures 122.7 (depth) cm x 241.5 cm (width) x 110.0 cm (height). The box was filled with about 40,000 chocolate bars. Meiji Corporation attempted the record for celebrating the 90th anniversary of their milk chocolate bars.

 

  1. The largest chocolate sculpture weighs 10,187 kg (22,458.49 lbs) and was created by Aficion Chocolate (China) in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China on 30 September 2015. The sculpture was in the shape of a building and measured 4.08 m x 2.39 m x 2.02 m.

  1. Largest Individual Chocolate: This giant Hershey’s Kiss weighs 30,540 pounds. It was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Kiss in 2007 and put on display, appropriately, at Chocolate World in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Amul Presents MasterChef India on STAR Plus set a new record and made an entry into Limca Book of Records with ‘India’s Biggest Chocolate Eclair Pyramid!’ on November 24, It stood 26 feet tall at the Atrium, Ambience Mall in Gurgaon, India. Chef Kunal Kapoor and Chef Ajay Chopra – the judges of the show – had led this outstanding project. Contestants of Star’s ‘Amul presents MasterChef India’ along with the experts from the kitchen of ‘The Leela Kempinski’ had created this record breaking éclair. 1000 liters of milk, 800 kg of flour, 500 kg of butter, 450 kg of chocolate and as many as 20,000 egg have been used to make the biggest chocolate filled Éclairs. Edible colours like golden, bronze and silver were also consumed. While the entire preparation took 72 hours, it took 12 days for the chefs to conceptualize and work out the whole thing. Different layers were made by separate teams. These layers were then brought together and assembled with security harnesses. Huge rollers & gigantic paint brushes were used to give finishing touches to this gastronomic wonder of the world.

  1. Devam Baghel (born on October 10, 1992) of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, had collected a total of 600 unduplicated chocolate wrappers as on July 29, 2013. The collected wrappers have price tagged from 25 Paise to Rs. 800 and have been collected within three months.
